All up and running, that euphoria and illusion that characterizes the beginning of every season, those first impromptu meals with the whole team, the re-encounter, the new uniforms, the hotel looking beautiful after all the winter work, we get focussed, we take a deep breath and… we open.
This would normally be our situation today, if everything had gone as usual. But the reality is different. Closed borders, chilling figures, curves, masks, and lockdown. We take a deep breath to then breathe out slowly, with our eyes closed while repeating the same message over and over again: everything will be fine.
As if we were in a house turned upside down, we continue to work tirelessly and with more determination than ever, adapting to this new reality without knowing exactly what lies ahead. However, we will receive it with open arms ready to give the best of ourselves and learn from the mistakes of that past that we remember as “normality” but that is already part of an earlier chapter in this story. Today, our startup is not about ironing uniforms, painting the facades white, or reinventing the breakfast buffet. It’s about reinventing our way of working to offer a new element to our guests' stay: safety and peace of mind.
We are working hard so that no one is left without their long-awaited vacation, and so that, when that time comes, we can make it safe, while still ensuring you feel at home. We are implementing all possible safety and hygiene measures so that this new reality to leads us to enjoy the simplest things: well-being, fresh air and relaxation, in an environment which is greener and purer than ever.
