Our commitment to the environment has led us to reforest, since 1994, up to twelve hectares of land, where the protagonists are the olive trees of the Arbequina and Koroneiki varieties. From this plantation we obtain the Sant Joan de Binissaida oil, which we produce in our own mill, installed in 2021.
In addition, we dedicate a plot to the cultivation of seasonal vegetables, which are served in the Sant Joan de Binissaida Restaurant.
The sustainable and regenerative practices that we apply have earned us the ecological certification by the Autonomous Community of the Balearic Islands, a distinction that reaffirms our commitment to the recovery of the agricultural environment.
Aware of what Menorca brings us, and of the importance of maintaining the natural and rural environment, we invest in sustainable tourism practices, regenerative agriculture and ethnological recovery, which make Sant Joan de Binissaida an ecological project.
