Sant Joan de Binissaida has a fine-dining restaurant with a terrace that is open to all. "Ses Forquilles", the renowned restaurant in Mahón, is responsible for its gourmet menu: a delicious market cuisine that focuses on fresh, locally sourced ingredients, such as fresh fish from the island, eggs from farm-reared chickens, vegetables from the restaurant’s own kitchen garden, oil from Binissaida and top-quality meat from Menorca. Its carefully chosen wine list includes Menorcan Designation of Origin wines (Vi de la Terra Illa de Menorca).

The restaurant benefits from two very beautiful external areas: the terrace and the large pergola, with stunning views over the gardens, which are perfect for summer evening meals under the Menorcan sky.
